The Easter Bunny brought Riley Bug a "Paint your own tea set" To put next to her Easter basket this year! The box was too big to fit inside.
I couldn't have seen her more excited!
She LOVES tea sets! She had a big plastic princess one that was loud annoying and would get EVERYWHERE!
I have been wanting to throw it away for a while but never found the right solution. All the tea sets seemed to be all the same. Last week sometime, though, Dale and I were walking around at different stores having fun alone on a date night and I saw this cute little porcelain tea set!! It wasn't expensive and I knew she would have sooo much fun painting it all by herself!!

We started painting them tonight and at first I had a hard time relinquishing control.....
I had a image in my head of what I wanted it to look like. Then Dale made me realize that she was 3 and when she had this when she was older she would wonder if she really painted all by herself...
"No, hunny sorry! Mommy has control issues and didn't let you do it by yourself"
I had to let go, so I did!
The result was pretty fun I think!
Now we have to let them dry for a day and cook them and they will be free to tea party it up!
